Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.
Package Your Jewelry
Securely place your items in the original Melinda Maria box or a padded mailer to ensure they are protected during transit.
Drop Off and Track
Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed once our team inspects the returned items.
